This luncheon will examine how a "new world view" is influencing younger employees and their philosophies on life and work. Understanding the emerging generation will maximize team performance. If you find yourself shaking your head and saying "I just don't get where this person is coming from", it is imperative that you understand that they aren't going to grow up and be like you - their approach to work will remain very different from yours. What is even more disconcerting is that those born prior to 1964 are now considered immigrants in their own countries and those born 1965 and later are the natives. Native or immigrant, this luncheon will help you understand the team you work with.
