I enjoyed the overall course, and found the case studies and problems informative but would like to see more Canadian content.

Gerald is really good at this. Great lectures and amazing experiences. He is worth the price of admission. I just wish there was more focus on the evaluations and finance components. Working one up from the ground up together.

Jerry's breadth and depth of knowledge and willingness to share his opinions made this course a stand-out - much better than what I expected going in. It is not a class for academics but one for pragmatists, individuals who want tools to get the job done. Notably, this is NOT a reserves estimation course and NOT an economic valuation course. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in A&D but ideally they should bring a background in reserves and economics to the course.

There was a lot of information covered and all of it was valuable to me.

Three intensive days with an industry insider. Provides examples and real-life cases to support theories and standard models.

Extremely satisfied with this course; the quality of this class you won't even find at top tier business schools.
November 12, 2014, Treasury Analyst, Houston
Covered a broad range of O&G acquisition topics in a limited amount of time. Instructor openly discussed and analyzed each topic with direct insight from years of experience. Very satisfied overall.

Very good overview of M&A process and theories. Case studies are interesting and instructor has a lot of great insight into the subject matter.

Very Helpful. I usually see the end result of all this work. It was good to gain a better understanding of the work that goes into developing the business cases.
