Course Description
This two-day course presents practical principles to help managers motivate and mobilize team members, vendors, and contractors toward the fulfillment of team and corporate objectives, with a strong focus on interpersonal skills.

The course, designed to help participants understand, accept, motivate, and effectively manage their "direct reports" as well as contractors and vendors where they may not have direct authority but still need to get results. This session will explore the nature of leadership, help you to understand your own leadership strengths and challenges as well as provide you with a communication skill set that allows you to effectively manage using influence even when you don't have authority.

It is aimed at those currently in, or aspiring to, supervisory positions.

The course fees include a customized 22 page "DISC Behavioral Style" temperament analysis report for each participant. Due to the highly interactive nature of this course, the session is limited to a maximum of 30 participants
