Cancellation Policy - Classroom Training

Fifteen (15) or more days prior to the course start date, registrants may cancel, move to a future offering of the same course in the same city, or be replaced with a colleague without penalty. Fourteen (14) or fewer days prior to the course start date, registrants may be replaced with a colleague without penalty, or be moved to a future offering of the same course in the same city only if the present course does not fall below the required course minimum. All of the above changes must be completed online at www.peice.com/mpmain.aspx No-shows will forfeit the entire registration fee. All outstanding invoices will be voided on the course start date if unpaid. Medical emergencies will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. All courses are offered with a full 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked. PEICE has taken care to present a simple, yet flexible, cancellation policy which takes into account both the busy nature of our delegate schedules, and the inherent financial commitment (airfare and hotel accommodation costs, training room rentals and catering costs, printing costs, etc) required to offer worldwide training courses. A decision to proceed with a course is typically made 15 days prior to the course start date, based on the number of confirmed (paid) registrants at that time. Registering for any course prior to this cut-off date will help maximize the probability that the course will proceed as planned. Should any course be cancelled due to insufficient registrations, PEICE will offer participants (1) the option to be re-registered for the next offering of the course in the same city or (2) a full refund of registrations fees (via same method as original payment) along with a 15% discount to attend any future course.

Cancellation Policy - Online Courses and Seminars

Should registered participants be unable to attend sessions for which they are registered, online seminar cancellations are subject to the following: Cancellations received 7 or more calendar days prior to the online seminar - full refund to your credit card. For cancellations requested 6 or fewer calendar days prior to the session, or for registrants failing to attend online seminars, no refunds issued.

Cancellation Policy - In-House Courses

Once dates for in-house courses have been approved, an invoice for a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of anticipated fees, along with all other agreed-upon terms, will be submitted to the client, via email, by the Petroleum Institute for Continuing Education. Commencing on the invoice date, the course dates will be "temporarily on hold" on the instructor's calendar for a maximum of 30 days. Course dates are automatically confirmed if payment is received within 30 days. Should payment remain outstanding after 30 days, the dates will be automatically released from the instructor's calendar. Payment received later than 30 days from invoice date does not guarantee instructor availability. Should the instructor be unavailable after the 30 day period has elapsed, payment will be returned to the client or the event will be re-scheduled to a mutually agreeable date. A final invoice will be issued upon completion of the event.

Cancellation Policy - Calgary Luncheons

Should registered participants be unable to attend monthly luncheons for which they are registered, luncheon cancellations are subject to the following: Cancellations received 48 or more hours prior to the luncheon - full refund or credit toward a future luncheon or course Cancellations received 48 or fewer hours prior to the luncheon - refunds not issued but substitutions permitted
